Who is responsible

What is collected

• The contact form: your name, phone number, preferred way to be contacted, and a message if you choose to write one. Please don’t include medical details in the form.
• WhatsApp or phone: the information passes through those services and is kept on my phone.
• Technical data: the hosting servers (Netlify) automatically log basic data such as IP address and browser type, for security and operation.

What isn’t collected

The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies, and no analytics tools that follow you.

How it’s used

Only to get back to you, book treatment and answer questions. It is never sold or passed on to others for marketing.

Third-party services

The site is hosted by Netlify, which also runs the contact form. The map loads from Google Maps only when you tap “Show map”, and Google’s privacy policy then applies. Links to WhatsApp, Waze and Instagram lead to services with their own privacy policies.

Form submissions are stored on the servers of Netlify, a US company, and so are kept outside Israel.

How long it’s kept

Messages sent through the form are kept only as long as they’re needed to stay in touch with you, then deleted.

Your rights

Under Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, you can ask to see the information held about you, correct it or have it deleted. Contact me by phone or WhatsApp.
