What it is
Tuina is a Chinese medicine massage that combines pressure, stretching and movement along points and channels of the body. It follows the same diagnosis as acupuncture.
I mostly use tuina for pain and muscle tension, on its own or alongside acupuncture. It’s also a good option if you prefer treatment without needles.
